From Marsa Alam: 15-Day Luxury Egypt Journey –Pharaohs, Sahara Oases and Nile Cruise

Day 1: Arrival in Marsa Alam or Hurghada, meeting with a Easy Trav representative, private transfer to the hotel, accommodation in a 5* hotel by the sea with all inclusive and free program.

Day 2: In the morning private transfer to Cairo. Visit the Grand Egyptian Museum, lunch and continue to the pyramids in Giza. Accommodation in a 4* hotel with full board.

Day 3: After breakfast, departure to Alexandria, where we will first visit the Library of Alexandria, then continue with a tour of the catacombs. Lunch will follow in a restaurant. After lunch, we will go to see the ancient Roman theater. Optional trip to Qaitbay fortress, this option will be offered to you by the guide. Return to Cairo, hotel accommodation, full board.

Day 4: After breakfast, transfer to Dahshur, where we will visit the Bent and Red Pyramids. Lunch follows and transfer to Saqqara - visit to the Djoser and Teti pyramids. Then the tombs of Kazdemni and Merirok. Departure to the hotel in El Minya, accommodation in a 4* hotel with full board.

Day 5: On this day you will visit the Beni Hasan rock tombs. Then we will go to the archaeological site of Tell El Amarana, then visit the rock tombs of Amarna. Transfer to Abydos. After lunch we will go to the temple of Seti I and Ramses II. At the end of the day we will stay in a hotel with full board.

Day 6: In the morning, departure to the Khargha oasis, where we will visit Qasr El Labkha - a Roman fortress on the old caravan route. Followed by the Roman temple of Hibis and the Christian cemetery with the Bagawat chapel. Transfer to the Dush temple, dedicated to Isis and Serapis. Overnight at the Khargha camp, full board.

Day 7: After breakfast, transfer to the Dakhla oasis. Departure to the Black Desert with sand dunes and black volcanic peaks and colorful limestone rocks. Then transfer to the White Desert, where we will see the sunset and stargazing. Dinner with the Bedouins, overnight stay in the camp, full board.

Day 8: After breakfast, departure to the Farafra oasis. As part of the trip, we will visit the Badr Museum, the only city of the oasis Qasr Al-Farafra, the hot springs of Bir Sitta, the Mezzawqqa necropolis and the ruins of the Ayubid mosque. After breakfast, we will go to Luxor, where we will stay on a 5* boat. Overnight stay on the boat, full board.

Day 9: After breakfast we will visit the Valley of the Kings, Karnak, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and sail to Edfu.

Day 10: After breakfast, visit the temple in Edfu, private transfer to Kom Ombo, visit the temple of Sobek and Horus, the crocodile museum, cruise to Aswan.

Day 11: Early morning departure to Abu Simbel, then return to Aswan, free program.

Day 12: After breakfast we will visit the Aswan Dam and the temple in Philae. Then private transfer to Marsa Alam, accommodation in a 5* hotel by the sea, all inclusive.

Day 13-14: Free program.

Day 15: Private Transfer to the airport, departure.

NOTE -  The Library of Alexandria is closed on Fridays.

Note: 

Hotel accommodation - CHECK IN from 2:00 PM, CHECK OUT on the last day is at 12:00 PM. 

Boat accommodation - CHECK IN from 12:00, CHECK OUT at 8:00.

Optional excursions are not included in the price and are paid separately according to your interest on site with the guide. You can pay in euros or dollars according to the current exchange rate. 

Tipping is given as a gratuity for services provided. On a Nile cruise, it is collected automatically at the end of the accommodation during CHECK OUT, it is for all services on the ship and is collected outside of Easy Trav. We recommend tipping for drivers, guides, assistants.
