Cairo Ultra Luxury Tour from Marsa Matrouh – Saqqara & the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization

Full-day trip to Cairo.

Departure from the hotel around 04:00. The journey to Cairo takes about 5 hours. The program begins with a tour of Saqqara, visiting the Pyramid of Djoser, the Pyramid of Teti, the Tomb of Kadzemni, a visit to a handmade carpet factory and a school in the village of Saqqara. Then you will drive south, where you will be fascinated by the Bent Pyramid of Snofrun, the Red Pyramid and the Bent Pyramid in Dahshur. The famous royal necropolis in Egypt, which supports many of the famous pyramids of King Sneferu. Lunch will be in a buffet restaurant. After lunch, there will be a tour of the Museum of Egyptian Civilization, which is located in Old Cairo and was partially opened in 2017. In 2021, there was a ceremonial official opening on the occasion of the relocation of 22 royal mummies, including 18 kings and 4 queens. The museum displays a collection of 50,000 different artifacts that represent civilization from ancient times to the present. The last point of the program will be a visit to a perfume factory, where you will be able to purchase selected Egyptian perfumes. Scheduled return to Marsa Matrouh around 10:00 PM.
