Luxury Two-day Siwa Oasis from Marsa Matrouh

Departure in the morning to the Siwa oasis, where we will first visit the Mountain of the Dead, where we will see a cemetery with more than 2000 tombs. Then we will go to the hotel, where we will rest for a while. We will continue by visiting the city of Shali, where some buildings are still used for living, but since they are made of salt and mud, they are dilapidated. We will enjoy a magical sunset on Fatnas Island, a palm island on the shore of a salt lake with breathtaking views. Return to the hotel for dinner.

We will start the day with a tour of the Temple of Amun, which dates back to the 30th dynasty and was visited by Alexander the Great. We will then continue to Mount Dakrur (known as the Mount of Atonement), where there are salt lakes, where you will have the opportunity to swim. We will continue to Cleopatra's Spring, where there is a natural pool. After visiting the city, we will set off by jeep for an adventure into the desert. We will visit the Bir Wahid area, where there is a hot spring in the middle of the desert. As a snack, we will enjoy traditional Zarda tea, local fruits, dates, and peanuts grown in the Siwa area. We will enjoy a breathtaking sunset over the dunes and have dinner in the desert under the stars. Departure from Siwa around 9:00 PM and return to the hotel.
