Day 1: Journey Through Siwa: History, Nature, and Adventure

Morning drive to Siwa Oasis experience one of the most popular Marsa Matrouh day tour programs. We shall visit the Mountain of the Dead where there is a cemetery with over 2000 tombs. Then we drive to the hotel and relax for sometime. After relaxing we shall move on to the city of Shali, a few of which buildings are inhabited today but are falling to pieces because they are made out of salt and mud. We shall be treated to a stunning sunset on Fatnas Island a palm island in the middle of a salt lake and the views will mesmerize us. After sunset drive to the hotel for our dinner.

Day 2: Discover Siwa

We will start the day with a tour of the Temple of Amun We will then continue to Mount Dakrur (known as the Mount of Atonement), where there are salt lakes, where you will have the opportunity to swim. We will continue to Cleopatra's Spring, where there is a natural pool.

After visiting the city, we will set off by jeep for an adventure into the desert. We will visit the Bir Wahid area, where there is a hot spring in the middle of the desert. As a snack, we will enjoy traditional Zarda tea, local fruits, dates, and peanuts grown in the Siwa area. We will enjoy a breathtaking sunset over the dunes and have dinner in the desert under the stars. Departure from Siwa around 9:00 PM and return to the hotel.
