Day 1: 

Your journey begins with a private pick-up from your hotel in a modern, air-conditioned luxury vehicle. We travel along one of the oldest routes used by the ancient Egyptians, passing through dramatic mountain landscapes between the Red Sea and the Nile Valley. Along the way, you will enjoy scenic photo stops and observe the authentic lifestyle of traditional Egyptian Bedouins.

Our first visit is to Dendera Temple, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt, dedicated to the goddess Hathor. Admire its vivid original colors, richly decorated columns, and walls that have survived for over 2,000 years. Highlights include the ancient zodiac and calendar, among the oldest in the world, as well as the famous Serdab corridor, featuring one of the earliest known depictions of artificial lighting carved into stone.

After the morning exploration, we enjoy lunch at a carefully selected local restaurant.

In the afternoon, we continue to Abydos, one of the oldest and most sacred cities of ancient Egypt, dating back more than 5,000 years. Visit the magnificent Temple of Seti I and the nearby Temple of Ramses II, dedicated to the sacred triad Isis, Osiris, and Horus. Abydos is renowned for its mysteries, including the famous reliefs often interpreted as depictions of a helicopter, tank, and submarine.

You will also see the unique Abydos King List, exquisitely preserved colorful columns, and detailed wall reliefs illustrating the legendary story of Isis and Osiris, one of the most important myths of ancient Egypt.

In the evening, we check in to a comfortable 4-star hotel, followed by dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: 

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for El Minya, which served as the capital of Egypt during the reign of Pharaoh Akhenaten and his legendary queen Nefertiti.

Upon arrival, we visit the remarkable Beni Hasan Rock-Cut Tombs, built for Akhenaten’s high-ranking officials, ministers, and priests. The site consists of 39 tombs, famous for their detailed scenes of daily life and ancient rituals.

Following lunch at a local restaurant, we continue to Tell El-Amarna, one of the most significant archaeological sites in Middle Egypt. Here, you will explore the rock-cut tombs and gain insight into the revolutionary religious and artistic changes introduced during Akhenaten’s reign.

In the evening, we enjoy a private return transfer to Marsa Alam, concluding this unforgettable luxury journey.
