Ammán

Amman is the capital of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and also the largest city in the country. More than four million people call it home, and another million live in the surrounding metropolitan area. Amman is said to have been built on seven hills, much like Rome. Today, it stretches across fourteen hills and continues to expand as people from rural areas move to the city for work.
